Cinnamon Bark essential oil was historically used for: indigestion, colic, colitis, gas, nausea, diarrhoea, cramps, cold, flu, sinusitis, bronchitis, lice, scabies, menopause, rheumatism, dysentery, cystitis
To be used carefully on the skin as it can cause burning and blistering along with skin sensitization and contact dermititis. When using in a skin blend, only use 1 drop per 40 mls. This is a little less than 1 drop per ounce. Not to be used during pregnancy or while nursing or with children under five. Do not use during pregnancy.
Use care when diffusing as some people’s eyes can be sensitive to the Cinnamaldehyde and Eugenol.
